Referral Process

For any physical, occupational or speech therapy needs, contact you physician to receive a prescription for your evaluation and treatment. On you initial visit here at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center, your therapist will perform a comprehensive evaluation and customize a treatment plan based on your personal needs.
